How do I create my Flouz account?

Click "SIGN UP", fill in the details (email, password, etc.), and verify your email. That’s it – you’re ready to play!

What if I forgot my password?

Go to "Sign In" and click "Forgot Password?". You’ll get a recovery email to reset it. Need extra help? Email our Support team – we’ve got you.

Can I add another currency to my account?

Yes! Head to 'My Account', choose 'Add Currency,' and pick your preferred currency from the drop-down.

Can I create more than one Flouz account?

No, only one account per player is allowed.

Is my personal data safe at Flouz?

Absolutely. Your data is fully secure with industry-leading encryption technologies. Privacy is our top priority.

Are the games fair?

Yes. All Flouz games come from certified providers and use Random Number Generators to ensure fairness.

How do I submit documents and check their status?

Upload your documents under your profile’s ‘Documents’ tab (max 2MB; accepted formats: pdf, gif, jpeg, jpg, bmp, png, tif). Check the tab anytime to see the verification status.

Can I close my account for a set time?

Yes. You can self-exclude via your profile or ask our Support team to temporarily close your account. Contact them through LiveChat or email – they’re available 24/7.
